Abstract

This research is classified as field research, primary data obtained from interviews and questionnaires while secondary data obtained from other research documents. The method used in this research is a quantitative method that uses a sample of 35 respondents approved by the Brastagi Supermarket Rantauprapat. Research analysis uses coefficient of determination test, f test, and t test

                The results of this study indicate that motivation and work communication have a simultaneous effect on job satisfaction in increasing sales profit at Brastagi Supermarket Rantauprapat. Indicating that tCount > tTable indicates that motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction. The results of the f test show fCount (195.058) > fTable (3.280) which means that motivation and work communication variables simultaneously have an influence on job satisfaction. And the coefficient of determination is equal to 0.924 which means that motivation and work communication affect job satisfaction by 92.4% while the remaining 7.6% can be influenced by other factors outside of this research variable
