Pengaruh Pelatihan dan Fasilitas Terhadap Kinerja Pasukan Pemadam Kebakaran Labuhanbatu Selatan
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of training and facilities on the performance of the South Labuhanbatu Fire Brigade. The population in this study were 114 respondents, and using an error rate of 5%, the number of samples obtained was 89 respondents. This study uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The dependent variable in this study is performance and training and facilities are independent variables. The results of this study indicate that training and facilities have a positive and significant effect simultaneously which has aF value ofcalculated 7.038 > Ftable3.10 and a significance level of 0.001 <0.05. It can be concluded that the Ha Haccepted andorejected ,. The coefficient of determination of 0.141 indicates that the two independent variables (training and facilities) have an effect of 14.1% on the dependent variable (performance). While the remaining 85.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
