Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Camat Silangkitang Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan
Abstract
This study aims to measure and analyze the relationship between the influence of motivation and organizational culture on employee performance at the Silangkitang sub-district office, South Labuhabatu district (a case study at the Silangkitang sub-district office). This study uses a quantitative descriptive technique by taking samples from the employees of the District Office in South Labuhanbatu. The data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study found that organizational culture had a partial effect on employee performance. Motivation and organizational culture variables simultaneously had the same effect on employee performance at the Silangkitang sub-district office. The variables of motivation and organizational culture simultaneously have an effect on employee performance at the Silangkitang sub-district office. This can be seen from the significant value of 0.026 <0.05, meaning that the variables of motivation and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance at the Silangkitang sub-district office. Based Koefisein Test Determinants (R2)it can be seen that the value of R = 0487 or R Square = 0237. This means that the variables of motivation (X1) and organizational culture (X2) can affect employee performance at the Silangkitang sub-district office by 44.4%. while the rest is influenced by other variables.
